The Management members, Principal, Staffs and students were welcomed by impressive parade by the students of our school. The guest members were presided to the flag hoisting ceremony by our school band team. Our chief guest hoisted the National flag; the students saluted the National flag and pledged to up hold the honour and integrity.

Welcome address was delivered by Principal Dr. Akash Jain followed by the honouring event of the chief guest.

The Chief Guest in his speech exhorted us to maintain the dignity of being a citizen of a Republic. The speakers underlined that it is very important to realize the difference between war and peace. Everyone took a ledge to uphold the honour, integrity, dignity and uniqueness of our nation. The students brought the stage alive with their passion and love of the motherland through their speech.

It was a delight to see the students of Class 1 dressed up as their favourite Indian leaders. Whether it was as Jhansi ki Rani complete with her shining sword or as Bhagat Singh with his iconic hat, the children took great pains to complete their regalia. Not only did they come in the particular costume of their favourite leader, they even spoke a few lines about the leader.

The school celebrated the occasion with patriotic songs and cultural dances performed energetically by the students.

Sports build character! To prize our sporty Pioneerians of Pioneer International, the Prize Distribution ceremony was also organized. The event was observed with great interest by the students and their parents and mentors. Our dear Dr. Mona Tanwar Ma’am, the Hon’ble Director of PIPS, graced the distinguished occasion with her warm presence and honoured the young sports achievers with certificates, trophies and medals for their unsurpassed sportsmanship. The event was accomplished with the famous saying, 'winners win, winners lose, but winners play'.

Finally vote of thanks was proposed by Sport Officer Mr. Robert Ninama. The celebration came to an end by singing the National anthem.

The students dispersed after sweets with the image of the fluttering tricolor in their mind and heart. May we continue celebrating this day forever!
